I was the Creative on this campaign for channel 4, art directing as well as producing the shoot
I had the pleasure of working with Big Small and our Client, Channel 5 to come up with this poster for their show, 'Secrets of the National Trust'.   It was a huge pleasure to work with Alan Titchmarsh who was every bit as charming as you'd expect.
Alone in the Dark. My Client, Hachette books asked me to create this poster for Karen Rose’s novel Alone in the Dark. I art directed the shoot and produced the whole process. The poster ran all over the UK and was a chance for me to do a project with the incredible Julia Fullerton-Batten.
I worked with agency, Big Small Works to create this campaign for our Client Channel 5 and their show, 8 Days That Made Rome. I brought in a great Styling and Make Up team and commissioned Photographer Levon Biss to shoot for us. I then art directed the shoot and all all post production. It was a pleasure working with the wonderful Bettany Hughes and a lot fun creating our own Roman Legion. I now have the perfect answer to the question, ‘You and whose army?’
Working with The Outfit, I created this poster for Pan Macmillan’s book ‘Race to the Pole’. I art directed and produced this shot of James Cracknell and Ben Fogle shortly after they returned from their expedition to the South Pole. The Client liked the image so much, they also used it on the cover of the book itself.
I was asked by Jamie Oliver to work with the ad agency Mother to produce a campaign for their Client, Youngs, which I presented several creative concepts for. Two days before the shoot, Youngs told us they wanted 2 x ads but didn't have any more budget.  Keeping the shoot team very tight, I managed to shoot and deliver both finished ads for the cost of one.

The tribute to my favourite US President, Jed Bartlett, was created when I worked in house at Channel 4 and saw us give him his place amongst his illustrious Predecessors. I'm now thinking of lobbying Congress for Matt Santos to be placed to the left of Washington!
I spotted the Talent of young British Photographer and DOP, Andrew Bainbridge, who asked me to edit his portfolio.  We then collaborated to create this image based on the work of Edward Hopper, putting together the location, styling, casting and post production
I came up with this concept for the BAFTA winning film, The Mark of Cain.  I then produced all aspects of the shoot. Lead Actor Gerard Kearns gave an incredibly moving performance in the film, and gave excellent karaoke at our impromptu wrap drinks!
I created this image of Professional Wrestling Champion, the 'Amazon', Ayesha Raymond, with Photographer Billy Waters. Shortly after our shoot, Ayesha was announced as the only English Competitor in WWE's Mae Young Classic Event.  I handled every part of the project from creative concept through to casting, styling, art direction & production.  I had a great day with Ayesha, and happily, most of the Models are now out of hospital.
My concept for the Jill Mansell Novel, Three Amazing Things About You, concentrated on Jill herself. I cast 4 wonderful Actresses and directed both the poster shoots and monologues for the TV spot, which reflected Jill’s almost personal relationship with her Readers.

I created this campaign with agency, Big Small, for the Channel 5 show, Bad Habits. It was a lovely experience directing the Sisters as well as the young ladies featured in the show. I even resisted the urge to sing anything from the Sound of Music, so well done me!

I collaborated with Photographer Micky Modo to create these posters for our 'Silent' project.  We cast modern day Actresses as characters in female led films to evoke the spirit of Hollywoods Silent era.

I produced and art directed this week long shoot in Thailand for our Client, TUI. From casting our Models and travel/shoot logistics, through to direction of the shoot and delivery of hundreds of images, the shoot took us from the beaches of Khao Sok, beautiful islands, night markets, several TUI hotels and the incredible Cheow Lan Lake.

For the launch of the book, The Dolls House, I was both the creative agency and production company. I worked with my Client, Hachette Publishing to create a poster that subverted the innocence of child’s play.
I teamed up with Photographer Billy Waters to create our homage to Stan Lee, Jack Kirby and Steve Ditko.
I was asked by my Client, Penguin Books to create 12 x 2 minute social films to promote the book Save with Jamie. I shot Mr O in a very natural style, sharing tips on how to make your money and food go further.  Below is an overview of the films as well as the poster I created to support the launch of the book.
I art directed and produced this for the first episode of Charlie Brookers award winning series, Black Mirror, whilst working in house at Channel 4.  The Star of our shoot was absolutely charming and was encouraged to work, with food fed to her on the end of a stick. Potential Clients should know that this technique also often works on me.
Penguin books asked me to create the poster campaign for the MJ Arlidge novel, Pop Goes the Weasel.   I wanted an atmospheric, foreboding image in the most innocuous of settings. Working with Photographer Gary Salter I art directed and produced this billboard which ran all over the UK.
Working with Pan Macmillan and the Outfit, I came up with the creative for the marketing campaign for Andrew Marr’s book, The Making of Modern Britain. I wanted to show the Author with a ringside seat, bearing witness to the seminal moments of the 20th Century. Andrew was a pleasure to work with, as were Sir Winston, Franklin and Uncle Joe.
I'd wanted to collaborate with the incredible Lisa Lottie for ages, so when I saw that she was en route to the UK from her native Australia, I jumped at the chance. What that lady can't do with a hula hoop is not worth talking about. I roped in Photographer extraordinaire Charlie Surbey and Retoucher Stuart Frost from Curious, and we ran away to join the circus. We just had to make sure we were home in time for tea.
